• Single phase pumps up to and including 0.75kW can be fitted with a single float level switch to facilitate automatic unsupervised operation
• The range consists of 0.4kW and 0.75kW pumps.
• Features an all new design with exchangeable discharges. Switch effortlessly between vertical or horizontal orientation.
• Double permanently lubricated mechanical seal (Carbon/Ceramic, Silicon Carbide/Silicon Carbide). The seal is located in the oil housing and runs independently from the pumped product.
• Nitrile rubber “O”-rings and gaskets.
• All HCP pumps are fitted with a motor protector “auto cut” thermal device. The auto-cut protector is a mechanical thermal switch that cuts power to the electric motor in the event of a power surge; lock rotor, phase failure and overloading. The switch automatically restarts the motor once the temperature inside the motor drops to 60-70°C
• The motor frame and mechanical seal bracket is made of aluminium alloy that facilitates extra cooling for the motor as water flows past.
• Supplied with 8m power cable. (Longer cable lengths are optional)
• The impeller is made using a urethane rubber that provides extra wear-resistance.
• The models are available in the manual version and the automatic version – equipped with a built-in floating switch to automatically switch the pump On and Off.
