HCP HD – Series Portable Dewatering Pumps

Portable, compact and durable submersible pumps for contaminated and clean water.

These robust dewatering pumps are fitted with Hi-Cr Impellers and suction covers for dirty, abrasive water.

Pumps range from 1.1kW to 15kW (400 and 550Volt.) The 1,1kW, 1,5kW and 2,2kW pumps are also available in single phase 240Volt

• All models feature a double, back-to-back mechanical seal (Inner = Carbon vs. Ceramic, Outer = Silicone carbide vs. Silicone carbide) The seal is located in the oil chamber and runs independently from the pumped product. It is not dependent on the pumped liquid for its cooling or lubrication.
• The top discharge design forces water flow past the motor during operation resulting in effective cooling. This design allows for the pump to run continuously as long as it transfers water.
• Pumps are fitted with a motor protector “auto cut” thermal device. This protects the motor from burning due to overloading, single phasing etc
• The combination of stainless steel and cast iron and Hi-Chrome steel makes these pumps more durable than traditional aluminum pumps.
